Spring Fashion!

I have to say that I've had a hard time getting into Spring. I've been feeling a lack of style inspiration. Nothing has really gotten me excited... Until now! I'm obsessed with Alice and Olivia (which is where my new blog header photo is from), and I'm also really excited about the bright colors and stripes that I'm seeing EVERYWHERE right now. I've got to get my hands on some bright-colored denim! Paired with a pretty flowy blouse (you can never have too many of those) or a simple striped knit... Too cute!

Valentine's Day

This post is also very late, but I couldn't deny Ed the credit he deserves for going all out this Valentine's Day. We've only been able to spend Valentine's Day together one other time (2 years ago when we went to the Grand Canyon), so it was really nice to be able to do a normal couple date night this year. He took me to a restaurant called Heirloom where we had a 3 course meal of lobster bisque (Mmm), petite filet with lobster tail and bearnaise sauce , asparagus and truffle infused corn (MMMMmmmm) and a chocolate raspberry dessert (YUM!). He did good :)

My first store opening!!

This is super delayed, but it seems like I haven't had a chance to breathe since I got back! Here are some highlights of the Birmingham store opening I went to. I was there to help out with the merchandising. It was a lot of work, but was super inspiring to see a completely blank canvas turn into a beautifully detailed store! SO much fun!!!
