One day I want a house in the New Orleans Garden District and this is what I want it to look like. A beautifully landscaped yard, a big porch, lots of antiques and old chandeliers, pops of turquoise, lavenders and gold... Sigh. Old houses are so much better than new ones. They just have more character.
I want to live next door in an equally old house. I love the painted wood floor! Wouldn't it be so fun to not work and just play house in a place like that?
